Here are some more Mobile statistics regarding mobile ads (Dec. 08) and mobile social networks (Nov. 08), both sources from ComScore.

Comscore’s reporting for the GSMAs Mobile Media Metrics:
“The output of the GSMA’s Mobile Media Metrics programme will allow brands, publishers and agencies access to rich, aggregated user behaviour data, enabling comparison with other media. For example, mobile users accessing Facebook spend an average of 24 minutes per day on the site, similar to the 27.5 minutes spent by PC users. Mobile users on Facebook averaged 3.3 visits per day versus 2.3 visits per day by PC users.”

And another report from ComScore regarding mobile social network usage:
With 12.1 million users in Western Europe (France, Germany, Italy, Spain and the U.K.), mobile social networking is a rapidly-expanding category that grew 152 percent from November 2007 to November 2008.
